I am searching for information, or relatives in Sweden (living and deceased) of Sigfried Frans Enholm.
 
Here is the information I have:

died: 12 November 1959 Aberdeen,WA,USA
married: Frieda Johanna Vestman, 29 April      1923,Boden, Sweden
immigrated to US in 1924
 
I also have a question about the parish where he was born. Is landsforsamling the lan(county) where he is from in Pitea? Or is this the name of the parish?

A landsförsamling is a rural parish (as opposed to a stadsförsamling, which is a town parish.)
 
Piteå is in the county of Norbotten.
 
When you check the records in the Family History Library Catalog (or on Genline, if you are lucky enough to have those records already scanned there.), you will notice that there is a Piteå Landsförsamling (Piteå Lands, for short) and a Piteå Stadsförsamling (Piteå Stads, for short.)
 
Here is a Frans Sigfrid Enholm, who seems to be the same person. Our Swedes often switched the order of their names after emigrating. This comes from the Emihamn database of CD Emigranten (the Emigrant CD).

In the census of 1890, there is only one person with the last name 'Enholm' in the whole county of Norrbotten.
 
Frans Enholm, born 1858 in Värnamo parish, Jönköping county. Title: 'Bagare' = baker. Residence in Byn, Elfsbyn parish, Norrbotten county. Married to Hilma Margreta Lundqvist, born 1869 in Piteå parish, Norrbotten county. No children are listed in the census of 1890.
