Looking for those last few names

I am getting close to completing my father's branch of the family tree and,of course,these last few names are the most difficult.
  Pehr or Petter Stenbäch was born 22 Sept. 1753 in Kattesta,Haraker,Vastmanland and married Brita Davidsdotter. His parents were Eric Stenbäck and Catherina Persdotter Styfver. It is Eric that I am having trouble finding anything on.I think he was born around 1725 in Falun,Kopperberg. I found him
in the HFL for Haraker but there were no birthdates or birthplaces noted. The HFL for Falun does not cover those years and I could not find him in the birth records.It is possible I may have missed seeing the name,but I do not think so.I really would appreciate any help given.
