We are doing some genealogy and came across this letter.  If anyone could translate it I would be very thankful.

Jennifer,
I have tried to make a translation as best as possible. The Swedish language in the letter was not always easy to follow. Sophie must have lived in America for some time since the written language is somewhat influenced by American spoken language. A few words I could not read and they are marked with ?? Maybe other Forum members can help me there?
I have a feeling that Hulda and Olof also are immigrants living in America. Is that correct?

Dear Hulda and Olof,
Thanks for the letter that Olof sent. Well, Algot you will soon meet since he will go there next week. What do you think, Hulda, of me who has not written before to you? And thank you for everything you have done for us, the nice sweater and the things to the boys. But now when Algot will come, tell the price of the sweater, and we will pay for it and all other bills. You and Olof have had lots of trouble with our bills and things.
Hope you all are well and healthy. We all feel fine. I have started to feel a little better and the food tastes better. Well it is more nice to be at home than in hospital. I take it easy and I am lying and sitting up. I very much like the place and we have kind neighbors. She comes and sees to me now and then and they have given me medicine to rub my body and it is supposed to be good, so I will try it. The place turns beautiful in the summer. I hope I will be well and if you and the girls will come here then we can sit in the shadow under an old apple tree and drink coffee.
Algot he works hard. He has everything to look after at 5 o’clock and earlier in the morning to give food to the chickens and cook to himself, look after the boys and he fetches coffee for me and he has really been kind to me and does everything for me. So I was lucky to get such a good husband when I had such never-ending sickness.   For anyone else should have left one here. He just asks me to try get well. He says if there is life there is hope. Well I hope I will soon get well. Anna, she comes home at the same time as Algot. But we have a woman that will come on Sunday I hope we will ?? with her. Well you will have Edit there soon and that you will have everyone to receive. We will all come to you with our luggage. I would surely like to see Edit and be with you for Christmas and get ‘lutfisk’ (stockfish/dried fish) that Olof wrote about. I wonder Hulda if you would have time to buy a strong ?? suit to Charlie or something strong of ?? for everyday use until Algot will come to pay you. His clothes are ragged so I am ashamed of him. Our ?? it  tears his clothes and they are lying ? in everything And I have no energy to sit up and sew it on though they are urgently waiting to get something repaired directly but maybe as times go by.
I must stop writing soon.
Regards to all and you are all above all greeted by us,
Sophie
Love and kisses

I wonder Hulda if you would have time to buy a strong corduroy suit to Charlie or something of strong fabric just for everyday use until Algot will come to pay you.
I think the next sentence is like this:
His clothes are ragged so I am ashamed of him. Our dog it tears his clothes and it lies in everything.

The first question mark is harder for a translation will not make sense since it doesn't make sense in Swedish, but I think the meaning of the sentence is that they hope they will get along with her.
But we have a woman that will come on Sunday I hope we will ?? with her. The meaning should probably be But we have a woman that will come on Sunday I hope we will get along with her.
