I am trying to figure out the family situation on page 192

It seems that Isak had a daughter Gunborg Lisa Maria. with Anna Maria Vilheminia before his marriage to Edit Lovisa Pettersson ...
Also there is something mentioned about Adolf Fredrick ... that was Isak Sigfrid fathers name

On page 192 as I see it the followong family is written:
Filip Sixten Norberg, dairyman, b 1882 APr 8 in Askersund; moved to Bolstad in Elfsborgs län 1913 Sept 19. (He does not seem to be connected to the following.)
Isak Sigfrid Isaksson, daieyman, b 1884 Aug 18 in Ekebyborna, married 1915 Nov 20 to
wife Edit Louisa Pettersson, b 1990 Nov 23 in Ålem, Kalmar län.
daughter Margit Edig Marianne, b 1915 Mar. 20 in Orlunda
daughter Iris Dagmar Viola, b 1916 Dec 17 in Orlanda
The family moved to Rogslösa 1917 Oct 19.
Below are other families registred. they seem to have been working in the dairy, but without family connections to Isak. Gunborg Lisa Maria, whom you mention, was the daughter outside marriage to Anna Maria Wilhelmina Johansson, b 1893.
And who is this Adolf Fredrik? I can not see that name in the page.

So would the daughter Gunborg Lisa Maria be named after the father or mother?
I noticed that the mother got married to Albert Rikard Winslow in 1915 I haven't found their family yet in the books
Adolf Fredrik is written in 5 column 6th row down.

Oh, Adolf Fredrik is a parish (congregation) in Stockholm, where Folke Östergren on line 6 was born.
So this time not a person, he would have been noted to the left like the others.
Concerning family name for an illegitimate, it is hard to say as it varied. So I prefer not to say here.
Why are you interested in Gunborg Lisa Maria?

In column 14 there is a note that the dairyman Isak Sigfrid Isaksson in writing has announced that he is the child's father. This is written on the same row (12) as Gunborg Siri Maria. This is also confirmed in the birth book (Orlunda CI:9, 1895-1936).

I am sorry, I did not notice that.
Gunborg Siri Maria died in 2001, Febr 02, in Vaksala, Uppsala.
She was married to Oscar Gösta Harald Lööf, b 1909, d 1990.
According to Swedish population register 1950 her maiden name was Johansson, but as a married wife she took her husband´s name Lööf (leaf).
The couple had a daughter Anna Birgitta, b 1945 April 13. born in Bromma, Stockholm city.
