Can someone help me with the translation of this letter.

Hi Michel,
The document you have posted contains copies of two applications to the King for support, the earliest, which is the second in the document, for support to reestablish the lace factory Matheus Serné moved to Sweden to establish, and the later for a pension. I have made a rough translation of the earliest application. It is, however, more than 1 1/2 pages A4, and of no interest for the Swedish users of Anbytarforum, so I'd rather not publish it here. By the way, the reason he moved to Sweden was that he was promised a favourable contract if he moved to Sweden and established a lace factory in Vadstena and taught the art to Swedish apprentices
