Titel: Deaths of Eric Mattson and Parents

I noticed that three of my ancestors died with what looks to be from a common reason and within a very short time.  It does not look like it was from a fever.

Mats Ericsson born - 1730, died - 19 November 1770.
Mats' Mother, Marit Jonsdotter, born 1690, died - 19 November 1770 (same day as Mats).
Mats' Father, Eric Matsson, born - 1693/4, died - 26 December 1770 (a month later).

All the above were living in Wästerud at the time when the died.

I cannot read the reasoning for their death.

Any help would be appreciated.

Rödsot = dysentery.
It doesn't say what Eric died of.

Thanks so much Ulf. 

I noticed a lot of inhabitants in that area got it.  I guess it could have been from a local water or food source.
