Titel: Help reading birth record from Brandstad 1824

Can anyone help in translating this birth record of Hanna Pehrsdotter.  She was born in Brandstad 1822.
The witnesses on the right side include Jons Sylvan and Hanna Rasmusdotter but I cannot make out the other name.

I think it is avskedade (dismissed) husar Jöns Löfqvist i Brandstad.
