Can someone clarify the following for me; I think I have the words correct but not sure what they mean.
 
I am looking at the wording under the name Wendla Christina Sjolund (6th or 7th name down--crossed out) in Arkivdigital Oskarshamn HE AI:1 Image 215/page 409.
 
I am reading the first word as orphange....under old or previous # 7880 and new 419b.

The words refer to the child below, Johan Fredrik Tibbelin, a foster child in the family.

Transcription: ”Barnhus barn under gamla nr 7880 och nya nr 4196”
Translation: ”Child of Barnhuset (orphanage) under old no 7880 and new no 4196”
(The numbers refers to registernumbers at Allmänna Barnhuset, Stockholm. Johan Fredrik was outplaced as a fosterson).
 
As to the remark beside his name, he moved back to Stockholm 1861 (ref Oskarshamn BI:2 1861 No 33)
