The word is Masth fo which would be short for Masthuggs församling. You will find her on row 19 in Göteborgs Oscar Fredrik AIIa:15 (1899-1907) Bild 71 / sid 2067 (Ref. Arkiv Digital)
(At this time Masthugg would be included in the parish of Oscar Fredrik)
IIR2/45 is the reference for the Fastighetslängd. You will find her in Göteborgs Oscar Fredrik AIIc:14 (1899-1907) Bild 520 / sid 440 (Ref. Arkiv Digital)
