Robert Niklas is most probably their son, but I haven't seen any entry for his birth. Was he born in Ny Sn? Maybe you already have tried to find the boupteckning for Börge Hellgren? He died in Arvika Landsförsamling on 19 April 1717 (GID 463.28.62700). It says there that his father was Nils, which is another name for Niklas.
As to Robert Moffat, I don't know if he emigrated to Sweden or was born here, but there were quite a lot of Scottish officers that was recruited by the Swedish army during the 1600. He could be one of them.
