As far as I can see Gustaf Adolf Björk was not adopted. He was foster-son at Knut Israel Isaksson and his wife. From Kristberg (AIIa:4, p 157) they moved to Lönsås (BI:3 inflyttade 1914; AII:a2, p 155). It is here they receive Gustaf Adolf as a foster-child. It is said that he was the illegitimate son of Anna Matilda Björk, widow. He was born in Norrköping, St. Olai parish. His birth in Nkp Olai (CI:18, 1912, nr 240, p 105) is noted with "father unknown". There can be a couple of reasons for Gustaf Adolf´s arrival at Knut´s family: 1. there might be a relation between Knut or his wife and G.A´s mother. 2. His mother was undable to keep him, so he was given away or sent to any family that would pay a small amount for having him. But as he was born in Norrköping and Lönsås is ca 70 km away in the direction of Motala, I suggest the first alternative.
