The first Picture needs some explanation! The title "Åbo" in plural "Åboerna" means that he had the tenure of the property, but didn't own it! Your marked words in Swedish "Brukas af Åboerna" in English "Are used of the Åboerna"!
The second Picture: The name is "Jons/Jöns Svensson"
