The person You got has Peter´s parents and grandparents in his file. Give me a mail if You dont get any response from him. For searching in Sweden You need access to the Swedish church records. They are free at https://sok.riksarkivet.se/ Depending on which parishes You are looking for You may be able to find books upto late 1690´s
