Hi!
I think it says : Äktenskapscertifikat utf den 16/7 1917 f giftermål med Danska undersåten Alma ?H (?) Gunhilda Nilsson 253/13 i Köpenhamn. Meaning: "Marriage certificate executed July 16 1917 for marriage with the Danish citizen Alma ? Gunhilda Nilsson 253/13 in Copenhagen". I think it can be Ch. short for Christina but I am not sure. The numbers 253/13 is his military service number.
