I think it says: "Å. församl 122 -21 (then this is over crossed and above can be seen) dbef 175" This means: Å parish 122 -21. dbef (perhaps short for this book following volume?) 175.
I have searched but can not find Jan Ljunggren. Å. can be short for a parish that begins with an Å and there are two such parishes in Lunds Stift area, Åhus and Åryd. But it is likely that he never moved there and instead was transferred to the next volume. Now it becomes even more tricky because Östra förstaden in Johannes Parish became a part of Skrävlinge Parish from 1925. If you do not get more help with this here I suggest that you copy the last part with Å fösaml 122 -21 dbef 175 and ask where he moved, in a new topic or under Johannes Parish in Malmö
