I am looking for information on my great great grandfather Nils Selander.  I have an obituary which says he was born in West Norland July 8, 1838.  At the age of 21 he married Britta Christina Burman and settled in Svartvik, where the family lived until 1880 when they moved to Hudiksvall. In July of 1882 the family moved to America.
 
Wasn't Svartvik in Njurunda parish at one time?  I do not have any Swedish records for this family.
