Need help with 1845 Mantalslängd column headings, please

I would appreciate it very much if some kind soul could transcribe and translate the words I cannot read in the column headings below. Where I have drawn an arrow toward a box of text, I need a transcription and translation of all of the words in the box. Where I have underlined one or more words, I need only those words.

Thank you very much for any help you can give me. I’m looking forward to searching these records as soon as I understand all of the column headings.

It is so much easier if you tell us which parish, churchrecord and page. I guess you use Ancestry, Arkiv Digital is easier to read.

I'm sorry I left off the parish information. I didn't realize it would be helpful. The column headings are on pages 2360 verso and 2361 recto of the 1845 Mantalslängder for Böne parish in Redvägs Härad, Älvsborgs län. The images I have are from the (Salt Lake City, Utah, U.S.A.) Family History Library's collection, "Mantalslängder, 1620-1860," on microfilm number 341336. The Family History Library has not yet digitized these records. I thought that ArkivDigital had only digitized these records up to 1820 for Älvsborgs län. If that is correct, they do not yet have the records for the time period I need (1845-1860).

Thank you for suggesting that I add the parish information to my request. I hope someone will be able to help me with it now.
