Help reading tax registry from Brandstad 1802

Attached are two images taken from the 1802 Brandstad tax registry.  I apologize for the image being hard to read.  I have included a link to the page so that you can enlarge the image. 

In the first image I am interested in the second to last entry at Number 25.  I believe the last entry is Lars Andersson and the entry before the line I am interested in is for Sven Martensson.
I cannot make out the beginning of the line.  After that it appears to say "wife, 5 children, Pahl Torkelsson and his wife age 63".  There are a total of nine people.
Is it "Rasmus Bonesson"

The second image is from the notes next to Lars Andersson(the last entry for Number 25).  I was wondering if anyone can translate this too?

About that note, it says M. gl, mannen gammal, the man is old. After that I'm not sure but the last word is krympl., krympling means handicapped
