Isberg, Bernhard

I found a Bernhard Isberg who lived in Milwaukee during the 1880's and 1890's.  He died in 1899.  He does not show up on any of the records except the Milwaukee Directory during that time period.
 
I always   wondered why the Isberg family headed for Milwaukee when the Swedish population was more established in Chicago and Minneapolis.
Is it possible that Bernhard is an older brother to my grandfather Joahn Mauritz Isberg.  The Isberg family lived in Kumlet N:o 4,5,6 in Hedvig Eleonora rote 10 in Stockholm.  Johan Wilhelm Isberg, the father, was born 1842 in Vickleby, Kalmar county.
 
Thank you in advance for any help you give.  I just wonder when the first child of the family was born.  I know that many children died the first few years and possibly they died as babies or young children.

No Bernhard with your Isberg family in Stockholm as of 1880, according to Census.
Census 1880 is far from complete for entire Sweden. Isberg is a rather common name. Do you have an approx. age for the one you found in Milwaukee? Did he have a spouse? Children? Nothing about year of immigration? Middle name?
